On Saturday, February 3rd, we had a blast at our annual Gala! We had food, drinks, raffles, and a whole lot of fun in our best dress.

Leo Rubio, BEN|EN’s president, prepared a presentation thanking everyone at the firm for their hard work and dedication in 2023, and how excited he is to see the firm grow in the new year! Just in the past year we merged with Y+C Transportation Consultants and hired new Assistant Engineers, Engineering Interns, and more. The presentation also featured photos submitted by employees of them and their loved ones. We played a game with fun icebreaker cards and a yearbook style survey where everyone voted who on the team was “Most Likely To…”

The raffles included gift cards for restaurants, Amazon, and even Disneyland!

The event was hosted at Cafeteria 15L in Sacramento.

The Gala was a huge success for team building and weekend fun. We can’t wait to do it again next year!
