BENEN is excited to welcome Senior Project Manager Ken Xu to our traffic engineering team!
Ken is a licensed Electrical Engineer in California with BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering. He joins the firm with more than 35 years of experience in electrical engineering at Caltrans District 4. Ken’s role at Caltrans evolved to Office Chief/Design Supervision where he was responsible for transportation electrical engineering, including preparing PS&E for traffic signals, lighting, ramp metering, bridge electrical systems, and Intelligent Transportation Systems for freeways and conventional highways. While at Caltrans, he also contributed to developing the Caltrans Electrical Systems Design and Highway Lighting Manuals and State electrical design standards.
