We are excited to announce Charles “Tony” Ozanich, PE, has been named Associate | Director of Land Development Services and joined the owners at Bennett Engineering Services after six years with the firm. With more than three decades of experience, Tony is leading the delivery of engineering services for several private clients, the Cities of Sacramento, Folsom, Vacaville, West Sacramento, and Williams, Yolo County, and the Southgate Parks and Recreation Department.

His eye for quality control and sense of humor have made him a valuable team member,” said Leo Rubio, president of the firm. “He has shown leadership by establishing great relationships with new and existing clients, mentoring staff, and providing plan review services to our local government clients.”
Tony has a remarkable track record of success in his career. His experience includes plan checking, transportation, water, and wastewater projects. His expertise includes project management, road, and highway design, stormwater quality and hydrology design, commercial and residential site layout and design, residential subdivisions, recreation facilities, water and wastewater treatment facilities, water distribution systems, sewage collection systems, and lift stations, feasibility design, and soils testing. He is also skilled in financial analysis of projects, construction management, inspection, soil testing, and surveying.
Tony has assisted cities, counties, and other public agencies with engineering and contract documents, including plans, specifications, bid documents, and construction estimates. Tony has also served as engineer-of-record providing construction inspections, construction progress documentation and partial payments, and processing all contract change orders and submittals.
