Bennett Engineering Services is excited to announce the promotion of Michael Massaro, PE, to principal engineer as he joins the firm’s ownership team.

Mike joined Bennett Engineering Services in 2015 as a Senior Engineer and was quickly promoted to Director of Water Resources. He has led important projects for the firm, including a Sewer Feasibility Study for the Town of Paradise, the New Cement Hill Pipeline design for the Suisun-Solano Water Authority, City Engineering support, and several pipeline rehabilitation projects. With more than 20 years of experience, Mike has managed design teams, subconsultants, budgets, and schedules. His projects have required the production of plans, specifications, cost estimates, public outreach, utility coordination and coordination for environmental permitting. Mike’s technical expertise and experience includes water, sewer, and recycled water facilities, including pump stations, interceptors, and pipelines with a particular focus in the application of trenchless technologies.
