Expedited ADA-Compliance Engineering

After more than a decade of use, the Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association found their Orchard Lodge Amphitheater and surrounding hardscape was no longer meeting members needs and required upgrades to comply with current ADA standards. Bennett Engineering Services provided surveying and grading design to replace the amphitheater and surrounding pathways and add retaining walls.

With only weeks before the deadline for a Spring event, the team expedited the permitting, design, and construction assistance services and successfully delivered the project on time.
