Adding Parcels to the City of Roseville Sewer System

Properties in Placer County, along the east side of Sierra College Boulevard south of Old Auburn Boulevard, requested to be served by the City of Roseville sewer system. This pipeline required to provide the services was located in Placer County with a connection to the City of Roseville’s 15-inch pipeline upstream of the City/County metering manhole.

Bennett Engineering Services provided surveying, topographic base map, easement exhibits, coordination with utility purveyors, plans and specifications, and obtained agency approvals. The design involved researching connection points, alignment alternatives, and placement in existing right-of-way.

The pipeline alignment required both Placer County and City of Roseville review and approval. With the team’s efficient coordination and project management, the project was completed without any contract change orders.
