We are proud to announce Project Manager Lizette Zavala has joined BENEN’s ownership group.

Lizette has been with the firm for eleven years, contributing her civil engineering expertise to a wide range of transportation projects across California. Her skills in producing plans, specifications, and estimates include work on pavement rehabilitation, streetscapes, complete streets, and pedestrian and bicycle safety improvement projects. As the project manager and lead designer on several bike and pedestrian projects, Lizette has a strong focus on improving mobility and safety for all users. She has also contributed to successful grant applications for the Active Transportation Program (ATP), helping communities secure funding for vital infrastructure improvements.
“Liz’s dedication to building strong relationships with both new and existing clients, coupled with her deep technical expertise in innovative pavement rehabilitation methods such as partial depth recycling and full-depth reclamation, has made her an indispensable part of our success,” said Carlton Allen, III, PE, Director of Transportation Services. “Her project delivery and management experience are truly top-notch.
