Attractive Landscaped Detention Basin Complements Parking Lot

Bennett Engineering Services provided site design services for this church on a 3.5-acre parcel. In addition to numerous parking spaces and landscaped areas, the site features an attractive, sod-covered detention basin to collect stormwater runoff. The design complies with both Contra Costa County and City of Brentwood requirements. The team coordinated with Pacific Gas & Electric to bring adequate gas and electric services to the site.
