Charles (Tony) Ozanich, PE, Land Development Director

Charles (Tony) Ozanich, PE, has been named Director of Land Development services after a year at Bennett Engineering Services as a Senior Engineer. Tony has more than three decades of professional civil engineering experience with a variety of challenging projects and has performed engineering and design assignments for public and private, commercial and industrial site designs, street and highway design, water and wastewater treatment plants, water distribution systems, sewage collection systems, and golf course layouts.

Since joining the firm, Tony has performed civil engineering design for new bank sites, a park master plan, and a parcel division. He has also completed transportation analysis, pavement rehabilitation, and trail design. He also provides plan checking for the firm’s city engineering clients.

Chelsea Gillis, PE, Project Engineer

Chelsea Gillis, PE, recently joined the firm as a project engineer. She has diverse experience completing engineering and design assignments for public and private industrial, commercial, and residential site designs, water distribution systems, leech field design, master plan design, water distribution systems. Chelsea also has additional experience in construction management, water system analysis reports, hydrology reports, stormwater modeling, pipeline modeling, site development, and due diligence reports.
